General
Submissions close on 31 August 2026. You may edit submitted applications until that date.
Maldives Islamic Bank PLC sponsors the programme. Crowe Maldives Advisory Pvt Ltd provides independent validation after the submission close date.
Yes. Create an account, start an application, and use Continue draft from your dashboard to resume where you left off.
Eligibility
Guesthouse (property from MoT registry), Individual (self or third-party applicant), and Island (destination with ≥50 rooms and council authorization).
Room count from the registry determines Track 1 (3 to 10 rooms) or Track 2 (11 rooms and above), which affects evidence standards.
The island must have at least 50 rooms across operating guesthouses, plus a signed authorization letter from the island council naming you as submitter.
Documents
Signed authorization letter from owner or management, operating licence, legal registration, tax clearance report with reference and date issued, pension compliance statement, operations start date, and OTA platform evidence.
Applicants enter the tax clearance reference and date issued on the form. Final verification is completed by Crowe after the submission close date.
PDF, JPG, and PNG for most uploads; evidence may also accept DOC/DOCX where noted in the wizard.
Categories & Judging
Guesthouse and individual paths allow multiple category selections. Each selected category requires its own evidence uploads.
Desk verification starts after 31 August 2026. Judging follows successful verification.
Yes. A designated focal point (matching National ID on the application) can resume drafts, edit submitted applications, and cancel on behalf of the property.
